The Orion Nebula 01/22/2022 ~9:00 pm – 9:45 pm captured with a standard unmodified Canon EOS Rebel T6 DSLR with Canon 300 mm kit lens on stationary tripod from my front yard. #400 x 1 sec exposures F5.6 stacked with Sequator stacking software. No tracking used. Target manually re-centered every 40 seconds. Astrophotography started out as a “things to do while locked-down” and has become a steady hobby. I’m still searching for the Constellation Hibernian to shoot.
