8:00 to   8:30 am: Set-up team arrives with coffee, tea, etc. and breakfast pastries

and arranges them on tables for easy access.

8:30 to   9:30 am: Registration, grazing and fellowship.

9:30 to 10:00 am: Joint meeting of the AOH and Ladies’ AOH attendees. 

10:00 to 12:00 pm: Separate meetings of the AOH and Ladies’ AOH.  

AOH in the larger room.  Ladies’ AOH in the smaller room. 

12:00 to   1:30 pm: Lunch together in the larger room.  Departure.
