On Wednesday, March 4, the U.S. Supreme Court will hold oral arguments in two important abortion cases out of Louisiana. In June Medical Services v. Russo the court will decide on the constitutionality of Louisiana’s law requiring abortionists to have admitting privileges in a hospital within a 30 mile radius of the abortion facility. In Russo v. June Medical Services the court will decide whether third parties (like abortionists) can challenge an abortion law or whether the challenge must be made by a woman affected by the law. We need many pro-lifers to come to a rally on the day of oral arguments. The USCCB Pro-Life Office and Human Life Action are participating with many other groups to organize, attend and promote this rally and we need your help in inviting pro-lifers in the D.C./Virginia/Maryland area to attend and help us have a massive presence outside the Supreme Court.
