CASSELLS, MARJORIE BECKER
On November 24, 2011, the God of St. Patrick called Margie to comply with the Lord’s wishes: “Thy will be done on earth as it is in Heaven.” Our princess is survived by her husband of fifty-nine years, John Patrick, with her three girls and a boy: Kathlinda Marshall and her husband William of Charlottesville, Sharon Isbell of Richmond, Kelly Atchison and her husband David of Fork Union and Jack, Jr. of Montpelier; seven loving grandchildren and seven loving great grandchildren.
Marge led a vibrant and fulfilling life, raised and educated in Philadelphia, moved to Richmond in 1969. She was past President of the Money and Management Equity Group, long time member of the K-CETTES Ladies Auxiliary of the Knights of Columbus #395 and one fantastic cook. Marge never met a stranger she didn’t love.
The family will receive friends Tuesday from 9 a.m. until 10.30 a.m. at St. Mary’s Catholic Church on Gayton Road with a Mass of the Angels held immediately after. Internment will follow at Westhampton Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial contributions be made KOVAR (Knights of Columbus Assisting The Mentally Challenged), Knights of Columbus, 2324 Pump Road, Henrico, VA 23233-2621.
Address to remit raffle tickets to. Thanks, Jerry
