ASHLAND 4TH OF JULY PARADE - 11a 7/4
Any of those who were at the business meeting last Tuesday can attest that our gregarious Sentinel P.J. George made a compelling case for the Dooley Division to mix in a little green o the Red, White and blue celebration. Paulie pushed for us to represent for many years and pre-pandemic we had numbers in the double digits on Ashland's Main St. It's a parade route comparable to the one we navigate up on Church Hill (manageable for one and all). We'll be there with the banner lining up after 10:30a at Henry Clay Elementary School for the short parade starting at 11am. Events over there go until 2p, but certainly can march in the parade and be back at the Columbian Center before the Guinness is tapped and flowing.
